Steve Isaacs

Steve Isaacs is the Education Program Manager at Epic Games. His mission in this role is to support educators and students in exploring career opportunities that leverage interactive 3d skills. Prior to his role at Epic, Steve was a public school teacher for 28 years, teaching game design and development as well as other courses related to creative uses of technology. Steve enjoys spending time with family and friends. His hobbies include video games, biking, snorkeling, hiking and live music. 

Claire LaBeaux

Chief Marketing Officer for NASEF. She has helped raise awareness of scholastic esports since the model “Orange County High School Esports League” was founded in 2018, and she has continued that role as the regional pilot grew to its current footprint as NASEF, the Scholastic Esports Federation headquartered in the Unites States with affiliates around the world. Claire amplifies the work of educators who leverage esports for combined play and meaningful learning. She also helps parents, administrators, and the esports industry understand the benefits of scholastic esports. Claire is program manager for Farmcraft, MENAcraft, Beyond the Game challenges, and other programs. Claire is a communicator and strategist with 20+ years of experience helping non-profits reach their goals by driving involvement and support. Her work spans STEM education and youth leadership organizations including NASEF, SciStarter, STEM Learning Ecosystems, US Army Educational Outreach Program, and Chief Science Officers.

Dr. Tom Czyz 

Optometrist & Entrepreneur in private practice for over 20 yrs with a focus over the past 4 years of understanding our Sleep-Wake Cycle or Circadian Rhythm.  Since 2019, he and his wife, Dr. Amy Czyz, have been developing healthy drink products that encompass the Sleep-Wake Cycle.  This has lead them to Gaming & Esports, talking to Esports Coaches, Athletes, Gamers & Streamers and learning from them about what they want and need, their pain points and what kind of products and services they are looking for.

Over 2 years ago, the journey began with a grassroots approach through the gaming ecosystem with input from the entire community to help develop the new drink line, Sly™ - known as "The Opposite of Red Bull®" that was recently silently launched. In June of 2023, Dr. Tom is co-author of a new book, "The Comprehensive Guide to Esports Fundamentals for Coaches and Players" by PJ Bannon, he and his wife have been contracted with Johnson & Johnson to develop coursework for doctors & the general public on "Esports, Gaming & Vision".

John Davidson

TEDx and active speaker on esports and youth marketing, is formerly the Head of Partnerships at GameStop, currently Founder and CEO of consulting firm, Davidson Learning Company (DLC), led esports business development for PRG, the world’s leading event technology company, serves as Board Chair of the Esports Trade Association, Advisory Board Member of University of North Texas’ Sports Entertainment Management MBA, Dallas Influencers in Sports & Entertainment (DISE) and Stadia Ventures, and Host of The DLC Drop Podcast. Through a diverse career in skateboarding, video production, marketing and business development, John has a unique perspective and understanding of sub-cultures and consumer behavior.

Chip Armstrong

Chip Armstrong is a seasoned full-stack software developer and content creator with over a decade of experience building real-time web applications and software tools for creators. In 2017, Chip founded Botisimo, a platform that provides chatbot and fan engagement for content creators. Botisimo quickly gained traction and in 2022, it was acquired by OpTic Gaming, where Chip currently serves as the EVP of Technology.
